Damian E. Davenport

Mr. Davenport established Davenport Law in 2003.  His practice areas include various aspects of business, commercial, real estate and family reproductive law.  In particular, Mr. Davenport has experience assisting his clients with starting, maintaining and growing their business, through the preparation of business formation documents and other commercial agreements.  Mr. Davenport maintains a civil litigation practice focusing on all aspects of general business litigation, real estate, construction, mechanic's liens and personal injury.  Mr. Davenport also has significant experience in family reproductive law, where he represents couples from all over the country, assisting them in building and expanding their families through the use of assisted reproduction technology and gestational surrogacy agreements.  Mr. Davenport has been engaged in the practice of law since 1998.
